ACIC is more flexible and can give the go-ahead for a project in far less time than banks can. We also have relationships with successful entrepreneurs who come back to us time and time again, providing our rates are competitive.
But we’re selective. Not every entrepreneur who requests a mortgage from ACIC gets one. In fact, very few do. We select only the best projects, where a high degree of success is feasible, and our long-term goal of capital preservation and steady income for our investors is most likely to be achieved.
