So I created ACIC, an all-Canadian mortgage investment corporation that gives investors the opportunity to earn consistent and attractive returns without the level of risk associated with many other forms of investment.

I'm proud we offer a way for an average investor to take part in the real estate financing business. We help you become part of a private-lending group. We use the money you invest through shares to create a pool of funds that is then lent as mortgages to carefully selected borrowers.
